I work with The Track Club to provide in person track and long distance sessions in Boulder, CO. We meet on Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday mornings. Join us for 1-3 of these workouts depending on your training needs.

  • Bi-weekly zoom call check-ins
  • Unlimited texting check-ins

How it works

  • Fill out the questionnaire
  • Set up a meeting time with me on Calendly
  • Video call to discuss goals and training plans
  • I send you a personalized training plan
  • You train! Either in person in Boulder or on your own
  • We have bi-weekly meetings (as needed)
  • You crush your prs and have fun doing it!
